Peptide Cheat Sheet is an educational reference tool that summarizes information from published scientific literature on peptide pharmacology. The App is intended for medical students, healthcare professionals, researchers, and pharmacology students.
The App does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or treatment guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decision.

We have designed the Service to minimize personal data collection. Specifically, we do not:

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
When you use the Service, we collect certain information automatically through analytics and tracking technologies to understand how the Service is used, to improve it, and to measure marketing effectiveness.
A. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics, a web and mobile analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how users interact with the Service.
What Google Analytics collects:
• Device identifiers, including a Google Analytics client ID and, where available, the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) on iOS or the Android Advertising ID on Android
• Device information (model, operating system version, screen size, language)
• Approximate location based on IP address (country, region, city level — not precise GPS)
• Usage data (screens viewed, time spent, in-app interactions, search queries within the App)
• Referral source (how you arrived at the Service)
• App version and crash data
How Google Analytics uses this data:
• To generate aggregate usage reports for us
• To measure the performance of our marketing efforts
• Google may also use this data for its own purposes in accordance with its privacy policy, which may include combining it with data collected from other Google services and from third-party sites and apps that use Google services

B. APP TRACKING (iOS)
On Apple devices, the iOS App Tracking Transparency framework requires us to obtain your explicit permission before we (or our analytics partners) link data collected from this App with data collected from other companies' apps or websites for advertising or measurement purposes, or share it with data brokers.
The first time you open the App on iOS 14.5 or later, you will see a system prompt asking whether you permit "Peptide Cheat Sheet" to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You may grant or decline this permission, and you can change your decision at any time in:

If you decline:
• We will not link your App usage with data from other companies' apps or sites
• Google Analytics will operate in a limited, non-personalized mode where applicable
• Marketing attribution and cross-app measurement will not occur
• The IDFV will not be used to identify your device for tracking purposes
If you grant permission:
• Google Analytics and other analytics services we use may receive your IDFV
• Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for marketing attribution and audience analysis
• We may use this data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
C. ANDROID ADVERTISING ID
On Android devices, we may collect the Advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by Google Play Services) for analytics and marketing measurement purposes. You can reset or opt out of the Advertising ID at any time in:
Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or "Opt out of Ads Personalization")
D. SERVER LOGS
Our hosting providers automatically collect standard server log data (IP address, request timestamps, browser type, operating system) for security, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring. This data is retained for a limited period and is not used to identify you individually.
E. CRASH AND DIAGNOSTIC DATA
Apple and Google may share aggregate crash data and diagnostic information with us through App Store Connect and Google Play Console. We use this only to improve App stability. You can opt out in your device's privacy settings:

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service is built using the following infrastructure and analytics providers, each of which may collect or process information as described in this policy:

• Lovable (lovable.dev) — hosts our web application

Each provider has its own privacy practices, which we do not control. We encourage you to review their policies.
We do not currently use third-party advertising networks (ad SDKs), social media tracking pixels, or data brokers.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The Service is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store due to references to medical and pharmaceutical content. 8. DATA RETENTION
Google Analytics retains user-level and event-level data according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account (default: 14 months). Server logs are retained by our hosting providers for a limited period (typically 30–90 days). We do not retain personally identifying data outside of these services.

We use HTTPS encryption for all connections between the App and our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through the Service, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Service is operated from the United States, and Google Analytics may process data in the United States and other countries where Google operates. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. For EU/UK users: Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers of personal data from the EU/UK to the United States.
